2) Brick ovens cook the pizza just right so that its toppings are crispy and delicious. The vegetables on the pizza retain more of their nutrients as opposed to being cooked on a pizza in a traditional oven. The cheese doesn’t burn either but gets smoky and bubbly though the heat of the bricks and the air flowing through the oven.
